MST Lost and Found
If an item is left on a bus or a campus shuttle, the driver is responsible for taking it to the Monterey-Salinas Transit headquarters to ensure it does not get lost further, and to track the item through so it may be retrieved by its owner through a documented process.
The owner of the item should call MST Customer Service at 1-888-MST-BUS1, or 1-888-678-2871.
The call goes to communication center at MST. It is then logged by customer service with item-owner's contact information. The owner of the item will be contacted as soon as the item appears in lost-and-found, delivered by the bus driver.
MST lost-and-found is open Monday through Friday, 8 to 5.
